A LONE burglar on Sunday attacked a house in Olongapo City and stole several gadgets and a car.
In a report to Police Regional Office (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, the Olongapo City police identified the victim as Samuel Adora, 55, of Bgy. Mabayuan, Olongapo City.
The suspect, who was identified by witnesses, was alias “Lito,” 19, of Bgy. East Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City.
An investigation showed the suspect gained entry into the victim’s house through an unlocked sliding window in the kitchen.
Once inside, the suspect took the assorted gadgets worth P48,000, and a car key.
Before leaving the area, the suspect also stole a car parked unattended outside the house then fled towards Bgy. Sta. Rita, Olongapo City.
Police are conducting a follow-up investigation to arrest the thief.
