The event dubbed “Strengthening Security Guards Force Multipliers: A PRO3 Collaborative Action to PNP’s Quick Response Strategies” was held at the Benigno Hall, Capitol Compound, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The activity, spearheaded by Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD) chief Col. Ferdinand Germino under the leadership of PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr., together with Pampanga police director Col. Eugene Marcelo, gathered 154 participants from 65 security agencies across Pampanga, underscoring the broad collaboration between law enforcement and the private security sector.
