A 62-YEAR-OLD man tagged as the 7th most wanted person in Porac, Pampanga was arrested by the authorities on Thursday.
Suspect alias “Kiko,” was caught In Bgy. Hacienda Dolores, Porac town.
Operatives led by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Angeles City Field Unit, along with the members of the Porac Municipal Police Station, arrested the suspect at 12:15 a.m. on Thursday.
The suspect’s capture was part of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) “Oplan Pagtugis” operation.
Alias “Kiko” was nabbed based on a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Jocelyn Perez Gamboa-Delos Santos, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 62, Angeles City on June 17, 2025, for estafa.
A P120,000 bail was recommended fo the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Records showed that the complainant and the accused had a transaction regarding a sale of some 19 hectares of land worth around P25 million in Bgy. Manibaw, Porac, Pampanga.
The accused allegedly presented to the victim forged documents , the reason for the filing of a lawsuit that caused the issuance of a warrant of arrest.
The arrested suspect is now detained at the custodial facility of the Angeles City Field Unit.
