AN American national allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the 9th floor of a hotel in Angeles City, Pampanga.
The victim was identified as Larry Peter Naujokas, 62, of 2911, 9th floor, Lagrande Residence, Sarmiento St., Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City.
A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. indicated that the Pampanga police were told by a construction worker in the building that prior to the discovery of the victim’s body, he heard a loud bang.
The construction worker said when he checked, he saw a man lying face down on the pavement and in a pool of blood.
The laborer immediately informed the security officer, who called the police.

During investigation, the victim’s wife told probers that her husband committed suicide.
The wife said Naujokas was suffering from severe depression due to his illness.
Police are investigating if there was foul play in the American national’s death.
