THREE Chinese nationals on Tuesday were hauled to jail following the confiscation of some 500 grams of shabu worth P3.4 million in a buy-bust operation in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Nabbed were Liao Hong Tao, 31; Li Guo, 37; and Wan Li, 41, according to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Pampanga Provincial Office.
The sting was conducted on Camelia St., Timog Park Subdivision in Angeles City.
Also seized were an SUV and assorted cellphones believed to be used by the suspects in POGO operation.
PDEA agents said the three suspects are in the country for about a year now.
“Aside from 500 grams of shabu, assorted units of cellphones used in POGO operation were also recovered from the suspects,” PDEA said.
PDEA added that the suspects were involved in the distribution of illegal drugs to POGO workers.
