MALOLOS CITY, Bulacan – Unidentified suspects on Monday night broke into a gasoline station in Bgy. Santo Rosario, this city and took the vault containing an undetermined amount of cash.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO-3) director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez, the Bulacan police said robbed was the Phoenix gasoline station in the village.
Initial investigation showed the sliding grill of a window and the padlock securing the office had been forcibly damaged.
Further inspection revealed that the establishment’s vault containing sales proceeds was missing.
Members of the Malolos City Police Station immediately launched a follow-up investigation and are currently coordinating with nearby establishments to review available CCTV footage and gather possible eyewitness accounts that may lead to the identification and arrest of the suspects.
