FORMER ACTOR NABBED FOR SHOOTING FRIEND DEAD IN PASIG CITY

POLICE on Tuesday arrested former actor John Wayne Sace after allegedly shooting his friend dead in Pasig City.

The victim was identified as Lynell Eugenio.

Eugenio succumbed to four gunshot wounds.

Initial investigation showed prior to the shooting, Sace and Eugenio were having a conversation in Bgy. Sagad at around 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

The conversation led to an argument until the former actor allegedly pulled out a cal. 45 pistol and shot the victim at close range.

Sace fled but was arrested in a follow-up operation at a hotel not far from the city center.

Authorities recovered the handgun allegedly used in the fatal shooting.
