GARBO DISTRIBUTES CASH AID TO MABALACAT PWDS

MABALACAT City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo leads the distribution of financial assistance worth P1,500 to each of the 175 persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. The distribution of cash aid facilitated by the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO)was held at Filhomes, Mabiga Covered Court in Bgy. Mabiga, Mabalacat City.  Also present in the event were councilor Doc Cocoy Tiglao, councilor Jerry Magsino, barangay captains Elmer Calaguas and  Elmer Mendiola and former Mabalacat City Traffic Enforcement Group (MCTEG) head Ralph “Basti” David.  Garbo said the PWDs in the city are regularly receiving the cash aid on a quarterly basis to show that he cares for them.
