CABANATUAN CITY, Nueva Ecija — Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Nueva Ecija Provincial Office dismantled a makeshift drug den in Bgy. Bakod Bayan, this city.
Arrested during the operation were three suspects identified as alias “Mar,” 52; alias “Raf,” 45; and alias “Joe,” 62, all residents of Bgy. Bakod Bayan, according to PDEA Nueva Ecija.
Nine plastic sachets containing at least 20 grams of shabu valued at P136,000, assorted drug parahernalia, and the buy-bust money were seized during the operation.
PDEA Regional Office 3 Special Enforcement Team (RSET) and the PNP SAC 21st Company 2nd Special Action Battalion also helped in the entrapment operation.
The arrested suspects are now detained at the PDEA RO3 jail facility in Pampanga facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
